Q:	Will we be able to Maintain Employees through the new system?
A:	Yes you will, in fact all employee maintenance should carried out on the web rather than your local BEDS system from now on.
Q:	Will our existing BEDS System still work once the web system is fully functional?
A:	Although the web system is designed to replace the existing BEDS system, we will still support the import program so that you can have local BEDS information.
Q:	What do I need to run this system?
A:	The web system will run from any PC that has Internet Explorer Version 5 onwards, and Adobe Acrobat.
Q:	What about the Purchase Ordering System?
A:	Once the web based management system is complete we intend to move the purchase ordering system to the web. The current ETA is the 15th of December 2003.
Q:	How many users can we have?
A:	The restriction for the number of users has now been lifted and all MSFs can now have an unlimited number of users accesing the system. It must be noted, however, that we track the latest login date for each user and, for security reasons, we will be removing usernames and password of any users that have not used the system for 90 days.
